Alan Lincoln, CEO
Alan Lincoln is CEO and President of Riverside Sales Group LLC and its divisions, RSG Accounting Services, Riverside Sales Group Marketing and Urban Media Today website. Previously, he served as Sr. Vice President of Soul Circus Inc. of Atlanta, Georgia and President of Sheridan Broadcasting Corporation’s Radio Division, which includes WAMO FM, WAMO AM, WSSZ FM and WPGR AM, all of Pittsburgh, PA and WUFO AM of Buffalo, NY.
RSG Accounting Services, which is an accounting and business service company, is based in Pittsburgh, PA. RSG Accounting will perform the tasks of bookkeeping, accounting, and tax preparation.

Mary Jo Lincoln, CPA
Ms. Lincoln is currently the President of RSG Accounting Services and CFO of Riverside Sales Group, LLC. RSG Accounting is a consulting firm with primary areas of expertise in accounting, tax, marketing, sales, and business startups. She has over twenty years of accounting experience and has been a CPA since 1986. RSG Accounting Services not only performs traditional accounting and bookkeeping services for its clients but also offers business seminars on these subjects and teaches college-level accounting classes.
Ms. Lincoln held CPA licenses in Ohio, Nevada, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania. She currently holds her license in Pa. and practices in these other states via reciprocity. During this time, she has held various financial positions, including the Chief Financial Officer of the National Development Company of Pennsylvania, LLC.
Before this position, Ms. Lincoln was the Director of Operations at Propel Charter Schools, Inc. In her role with Propel, she was responsible for all non-academic areas of the school. She wrote all policies and procedures for the school, including purchasing, human resources, payroll, finance, office administration, non-academic areas of the school, and internet usage. She also supervised the accounting department for both financial student accounting and fiscal reporting. Ms. Needham—Lincoln wrote grants and reported for federal programs.
Before joining Propel, Ms. Lincoln was the Chief Financial Officer of MTR Gaming, an SEC-listed company with gaming and racetrack interests in five states. As CFO, MTR Gaming was on Fortune Magazine’s 10 Fastest Growing Companies List for two years in a row.
At Bradford College of Pittsburgh, PA, Ms. Lincoln was the Chair of the Accounting Department and taught various accounting, business software, and math classes.
In July of 2007, Ms. Lincoln obtained her real estate license in Ohio. Ms. Lincoln obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Nevada – Reno. Before obtaining that undergraduate degree, she graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology.
Shanna Houser
Director of Operations
Shanna Houser is the current Director of Operations and Content Editor for Riverside Sales Group, LLC and its subsidiaries.
Shanna graduated from Pennsylvania State University (University Park) in 2001 and dedicated 15 years to serving youth, adolescents and young adults in many capacities. She has worked as a Child and Family Services Case Manager and Enrichment Education Program Manager for Washington D.C. non-profit organizations, Assistant Membership Director for a national undergraduate honor society, and Educational Advisor for high-achieving high school students of color at the Johns Hopkins University Center for Talented Youth (CTY).
Shanna received her MA in Transpersonal Psychology from Sofia University (formerly the Institute for Transpersonal Psychology) in Palo Alto, CA in 2015. Since 2017, she has run a successful independent pet care business.
Addison Johnson

Addison Johnson serves as a Special Assistant for Riverside Sales Group, LLC. Addison is an experienced head chef and food truck manager, who creates cooking content on Cooking with Chef Addison for Urban Media Today.
